Kayla Heidi Klaudusz, 3, was snatched from the courtyard behind her Dowling Avenue apartment building. A babysitter had left Kayla alone for a few minutes, and in that time, she simply vanished. She was sexually assaulted and murdered. On Aug. 2, 1991 her small body was found floating in the Toronto Harbor.
